Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.

• Assist in Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology departments.
• Provide direct and indirect physical, psychosocial, and spiritual care to patients with cancer and related disease processes.

• Active IA RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• BSN and oncology experience preferred.
• Oncology Certification (OCN) preferred but not mandatory.
• Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Certification required prior to completion of orientation/chemo administration.

• 72 hours per pay period, Monday-Friday; 7:30 a.m.
  
  - 5 p.m.
• On-call rotation every 6-8 weeks after 1 year of employment.
