**** Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.

* Summary:

*** Position will assist in Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology
* Responsible for providing direct and indirect physical, psychosocial and spiritual care for patients with cancer and other related disease processes
** Requirements:
*** Active IA RN licence
* Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required
* BSN and oncology experience preferred
* Oncology Certification (OCN) is preferred but not mandatory
* Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Certification required prior to completion of orientation/chemo administration
*
* Schedule:

*** 72 hours per pay period
* M-F; 7:30a-5p
* On-call rotation every 6-8 weeks after 1 year of employment
* The schedule may fluctuate based upon needs of the department
