Overview
Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Director of Nursing for its long-term care program. The DON will lead nursing operations, ensuring safe, person-centered, and regulatory-compliant care for residents. This role supports Good Samaritan’s faith-based, mission-driven focus on health equity, whole-person care, and service to underserved neighbors while promoting a culture of compassion and excellence.
Responsibilities- Oversee clinical practice standards, staffing and scheduling, quality improvement, and infection prevention.
- The Director will mentor and evaluate nursing staff, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and engage residents and families.
