We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) and a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our morning team (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) at Spencer Post Acute Rehabilitation Center. Duties Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide optimal care.
Observe and interpret symptoms; communicate findings to physicians.
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans.
Perform routine procedures (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections) and update charts.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Qualifications Active RN/LPN License (required)
Prior experience preferred.
