This position handles a variety of responsibilities at our Industrial Paint Solutions and Auto Refinish Solutions division in Spencer, IA.

• Play important role in providing paint products to our customers. Understand customer orders and complete accurate mixing of paint products to specifications
• Provide exceptional service to our customers, over the phone and in person
• Assist with managing incoming freight and replace stock in inventory. Perform physical inventory as needed.
• Prioritize customer deliveries and ensure timely, accurate and safe delivery to our customers and stores
• Accurately bill and invoice customers and our stores

• Demonstrated ability to complete detailed tasks as per customer and management specifications
• Strong personal accountability to ensure our customers’ needs are understood and met, the first time every time!
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and operate with a sense of urgency
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability operate or forklift or utilize appropriate training to learn
• General computer skills
• Solid communication skills are needed!
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis
