Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates spend their day shopping for customers and filling online orders across all departments. The role is fast paced, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, and may require juggling online customer shopping with helping in‑store customers.
