Hourly Rate and Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium pays ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
