Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assistant Warehouse Technicians for a manufacturing/production company in Jackson, MN. What You’ll Do as an Assistant Warehouse Technician:

• Assist with daily box wash operations and support the lead technician
• Operate and monitor equipment to ensure proper cleaning and efficiency
• Inspect equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Support preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records
• Train team members on safety, sanitation, and equipment processes
• Coordinate workflow and communicate with team members and supervisors

What You Need to Bring to the Assistant Warehouse Technician Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to stand and work in a fast-paced production environment
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and reporting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
