Lutheran Services in Iowa seeks a Thrive Resource Navigator to work directly with families enrolled in Thrive Iowa, providing assessment, support, advocacy, resource navigation, service coordination, and care team facilitation.
Preferred:
Bachelor's in Social Work or related field;
Associate's with relevant experience. You will collaborate with community partners to help families move from crisis toward stability, using Hope Hub and timely referrals.
