Route Driver, CDL A

Johnson Brothers is a family‑owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer serving 12 counties in Northwestern Iowa since 1953.

Our Beverage Delivery Driver will make direct store deliveries to customers within the state of Iowa from our Spencer, IA branch. The role is full‑time with a four‑day work week (Tuesday‑Friday). A valid Class A CDL with air‑brake endorsement is required.

• Load and unload truck
• Deliver products on time across numerous stops
• Deliver product into stores using a two‑wheeler or other means
• Handle customer payments
• Ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and collected
• Provide excellent customer service

• Valid Class A CDL with air‑brake endorsement
• Previous delivery driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly
• Good math skills
• Good knowledge of surrounding area
• Detail oriented
• Self‑motivated; able to work independently and manage time to meet deadlines
• High school diploma or GED

Pay: $24.00 per hour
