Job Summary:

As a Rental Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless rental experience. Your responsibilities will include equipment check-in, light repair work, local deliveries, and providing top-notch customer service, including loading and unloading equipment. A Class A CDL is preferred for backup delivery duties but not required. Basic mechanical skills are essential, and we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Equipment Management:
  • Ensure all rental equipment is thoroughly checked in, cleaned, and well-maintained.
  • Perform routine inspections to guarantee equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Customer Service:
  • Educate customers on equipment safety procedures and provide clear instructions on proper equipment usage.
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer support.
• Operational Support:
  • Perform light repair work as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized rental area.
  • Power wash equipment to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist with local equipment deliveries (Class A CDL preferred).
  • Perform other tasks as required.
