2nd Shift Cycle Count Team Lead

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring 2nd Shift Cycle Count Team Lead workers for a distribution/warehouse company in Spencer, IA. Perform cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and efficiently

Maintain and update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Communicate shortages, overages, and inventory issues to leadership

Support receiving, stocking, and shipping to ensure proper inventory tracking

Assist with physical inventory counts and audit preparation

Provide reporting and recommend process improvements for inventory accuracy

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to stand and move throughout an 8–10 hour shift

Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed

Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred (cycle counting a plus)

Basic computer skills; WMS experience preferred

Ability to read and follow instructions in English

Reliable transportation to the Spencer, IA area

Ability to pass a background check and/or drug screen, if required
