This inpatient facility operates seven days per week within a structured hospitalist coverage model, offering both day and night shift coverage across 12-hour shifts. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and appropriate resources to support quality care delivery for an adult patient population. Clinical operations are conducted on-site in accordance with standard hospitalist program protocols.

Massachusetts offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of historical, cultural, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. The state features Revolutionary War sites, outdoor recreation opportunities including the Berkshire Hills and Cape Cod National Seashore, presidential museums, whale watching excursions, zoos, and open-air living history experiences. Lodging and dining options are available across the state to accommodate a range of preferences during the assignment period.

Clinicians will provide inpatient hospitalist coverage on an on-site basis, seven days per week, with shifts structured as day (7:30 AM - 7:30 PM) and night (7:30 PM - 7:30 AM). Day shift clinicians are expected to manage 13-15 patients per day, while night shift clinicians manage 8-12 admissions per night. No call responsibilities are required outside of assigned shift hours.

Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this locum tenens assignment.
