Flexcon is seeking a Principal Supply Planner to develop and manage end-to-end supply plans for assigned products, balancing service, inventory, and total supply chain cost. This role owns planning policies, system planning parameters, and leads S&OP/S&OE processes.
You will model capacity, inventory, and risk, run MRP/MPS, convert planned orders to production/purchasing orders, and advise leadership on trade-offs.
