We are currently seeking candidates to fill a Material Handler IV role. This role is part of a career lattice where our employees get rewarded and recognized for cross training and learning new skills. Team Members will be cross trained based on various tasks in support of production operations.

• Performs various tasks in support of production operations.
• Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
• Learns how to problem solve and how to follow standardized practices.
• Learns how to follow work instructions. Works under close supervision.

• Provide daily tracking of all packaging supplies for the finishing department and related supplies.
• Package sheeting and slitting orders; boxing, palletizing, suspending, banding, etc.
• Check all rolls for Quality.
• Ensure rolls are packaged in a quality manner.
• Perform re-packaging of products not conforming to the customer and/or company’s quality specifications.
• Operate material handling/lifting equipment:
  Dalmec, C Hook, Big Joe, and Pallet Jack.
• Operate bar code gun.
• Move within packing area as work demands.

• Typically requires a High School Diploma or GED and no related experience.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system.

Based on region, the expected salary range for this position is $15.84-$26.40 an hour.
