The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia care during structured Monday through Friday day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with no call or weekend coverage requirements. The clinician will conduct pre-operative assessments, manage intraoperative anesthesia delivery for diverse surgical procedures, and coordinate post-operative recovery protocols. Epic EMR is utilized for all clinical documentation and perioperative workflow support. The position operates within a medical direction model with 5 MDs and 6 CRNAs, offering 10-20 shifts per month in a collaborative team environment.
Board certification in nurse anesthesia is required, along with a Massachusetts RN license or multi-state compact license, for this long‑term assignment covering schedule changes and medical leave.
