seeks a CRNA for locum tenens coverage at a facility west of Boston, MA. In this role, you will provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical and procedural cases, including pre-op assessment, intra-op management, and post-op evaluation. You'll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. This assignment offers exposure to diverse case types, a supportive clinical environment, and the opportunity to positively impact patient access to anesthesia services.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases in a hospital setting west of Boston
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, review patient histories, and develop anesthesia plans in collaboration with physicians
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care; manage airways and hemodynamic status intraoperatively
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, adjusting anesthetic medications and interventions as needed
• Provide post-anesthesia evaluation, pain management, and handoff communication to recovery and inpatient teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility policies, protocols, and quality standards
• Work effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Adapt to varying case mixes and schedules typical of locum tenens roles, including possible call or weekend shifts
