This facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to an adult patient population in Massachusetts. Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to adult patients (ages 18 and older) at an on-site Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Massachusetts, working Monday through Friday on a schedule of either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts. The expected caseload is 16-22 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of acute and chronic medical conditions within the FQHC setting.

Required credentials include a Massachusetts license, DEA registration, BLS certification, and Medicare enrollment; board certification is negotiable, and prescriptive authority is required. Credentialing for this position is estimated at 90 days.
