Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring that our products meet client specifications while driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen, making it essential for candidates to possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology.

• Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences
• Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales
• Oversee and manage independent sales representative that you are partnered with based on sales territory
• Manage sales in a specific geographic territory within the USA
• Oversee capital projects within specified sales territory
• Consults with existing and potential clients to assess and understand equipment needs and systems requirements
• Drafts or assists with the drafting of presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers
• Provides expertise and support to sales teams to communicate products, services, and client needs
• Ensures that customer needs are met, which may include product modifications.
• Proposes improved materials or products to customers and explains benefits of changes
• Provide basic technical support to customers and resolves problems with installed equipment
• Prepares product orders and schedules deliveries
• Assists with research and development of new products
• Visit customer sights to assist their needs, present seminars
• Exhibit at trade shows (approximately one to two per year)

• Strong knowledge of technical sales
• Proficiency in technical writing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Power
  
  BI or other CRM tools
• Familiarity with web handling is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year plus aggressive commission structure
