Salary: £28,851.00 per annum.

Hours:

37 per week, Monday to Friday.

Contract:

Permanent.

This role will involve:

• As a Multi Skilled Operative your role will be aligned to undertaking all types of flooring work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.

• NVQ level 2 in floor covering or working towards.
• On‑site training, approximately 2 years.
• Linked building skills to carry out Multi‑skilled works.
• CSCS card as appropriate to the role.
• Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment.
• Experience of working in a target‑driven environment.
• Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate effectively.
• Undertake multi‑skilled trade competencies.
• Understand risk assessments.
• Deliver work in line with construction drawings.
• A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades.
