Salary: £28,851.00 per annum.
Hours:
37 per week, Monday to Friday.
Contract:
Permanent.
Closing Date: 5PM, Friday 20th February 2026.

This role will involve:
- As a Multi Skilled Operative your role will be aligned to undertaking all types of flooring work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.
- NVQ level 2 in floor covering or working towards.
- On‑site training, approximately 2 years.
- Linked building skills to carry out Multi‑skilled works.
- CSCS card as appropriate to the role.
- Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment.
- Experience of working in a target‑driven environment.
- Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate effectively.
- Undertake multi‑skilled trade competencies.
- Understand risk assessments.
- Deliver work in line with construction drawings.
- A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades.
