Je stuurt zes GGZ-teams en het Expertiseteam Persoonlijkheid aan en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ambulante zorg. Samen met partners in de regio werk je aan verbetering van zorgkwaliteit en samenwerking.
De functie vraagt duidelijke regie, veranderingsvermogen en een coachende leiderschapsstijl. Een VOG en referenties nemen deel aan de sollicitatieprocedure.
