The Senior Associate, Accounts Payable is responsible for protecting company cash outflows by ensuring all vendor invoices and payment transactions are accurate, appropriately approved, and paid on time. The role performs advanced accounts payable functions, resolves payment discrepancies, maintains compliance with financial controls and company policies, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and effective accounts payable operations.

• Review expense reports for policy compliance.
• Reconcile vendor statements to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly check runs and electronic ACH payments.
• Maintain digital filing systems for financial records.
• Meet rigid weekly check runs and month‑end closing dates.
• Stay alert against phishing scams and fake vendor bank changes.
• Ensure correct sales tax application and accurate 1099 tracking.
• Focus heavily on daily data entry and verification.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required;
  Master’s degree desired.
• Proven track record in high‑volume invoice processing desired.
• Minimum 5‑10 years of experience required.
• Functional expert experience in Microsoft Office required.
• Functional expert experience using SAP required.
• Functional expert experience using AI tools required.
• Functional expert experience guiding teams on authority limits and compliance with accounting standards required.
• Working knowledge of communicating with vendors and internal customers required.
• Working knowledge of collaborating with shared service teams required.

Spokane, WA — On site, full‑time.
