The Hartley Fund Group in Spokane is seeking a part-time Property Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting for our property entities. You’ll handle payables, monthly closes, draws, and reporting to show asset performance, while also performing real asset management tasks such as lease-up tracking and budgets accountability.
This role offers 20–30 hours per week, with flexibility to start at the lower end and scale up as the portfolio grows.
