General Accounting - AR and AP -DOE

AR, AP & General Accounting

Overview:
We are building a pipeline of qualified candidates with experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and general accounting functions. These roles will support a variety of client organizations, ranging from small businesses to large corporations.

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Manage invoicing, billing, and collections
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support audits and financial reporting as needed
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AR, or AP
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required)
