Reporting to the Controller, this role leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a growing organization, serving as a trusted business partner to senior leadership. Strong visibility across the org, with involvement in month-end/year-end close as backup to senior accounting staff.
What You'll Do- Partner with leadership on financial analysis and strategic recommendations
- Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting
- Present monthly financial reports and variance analyses to executives
- Improve financial processes through data-driven insights
- Support long-range planning and cross-functional collaboration (Accounting, IT, Customer Service, Commercial)
- Assist with close process (revenue, AR, deferred revenue) and annual audit prep
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years progressive accounting/FP&A experience (7+ preferred)
- Net Suite ERP experience
- Vena or similar reporting system experience
- Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills
