  Tax season minimum 53 hours, Summer 4 day 36 hour weeks
• Bonuses for acquiring new clients

• Prepare and review Business and personal tax returns
• Manage clients and projects
• Interpret financial reports and provide analysis to clients
• Perform payroll functions and ensure compliance with tax laws
• Accrual accounting and account reconciliation
• Prepare regulatory reports for government agencies
• Analyze cash flow and make recommendations for improvement
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of income tax and accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Thomson Reuters Suite (Ultra Tax, Practice CS, Work papers) Preferred

As a Certified Public Accountant at our firm, you will play a critical role in managing our clients' financial needs. You will be responsible for: managing a group of clients while training and supporting our team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, a CPA license, strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
