We are searching for someone to fill an experienced temporary Executive Administrator Coordinator position for a busy Spokane WA company. This role ensures smooth and efficient daily operations through calendar coordination, basic financial processing, office and facilities support, and light event logistics. Compensation- $25 Per Hour
- Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm
- Temporary position expected to last approximately 3 months
- Provide general administrative support to executive leadership offices.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support scheduling needs across all three divisions.
- Assist with preparation of agendas, meeting packets, and basic travel arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries and office visitors.
- Oversee shared office operations including supply ordering, mail processing, workspace upkeep, and submission of facilities and telecom requests.
- Maintain documents, records, and retention files in compliance with university standards.
- Perform routine website updates by posting supplied content to department pages and platforms.
- Support document formatting, proofreading, and internal communications.
- Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and expense reports using Concur.
- Track routine expenditures and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Gather and prepare materials for review by Finance and DEI staff (no budget analysis or stewardship).
- Assist with general fiscal workflows that support smooth departmental operations.
- Event and program coordination.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a multi-department or higher education setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and priority-setting skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
