Facilities Coordinator
Spokane Valley, WA | $18.88/hr | Full‑Time
Join a fast‑paced, hands‑on operations team supporting facility maintenance and daily operations. This is a highly active role—not a desk job—ideal for someone who likes staying on their feet.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and facility operations.
- Track schedules, work orders, and assets (CMMS).
- Support preventative maintenance programs.
- Distribute supplies and support daily operations.
- Assist with reports, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Stand or walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Climb, crouch, and work in a warehouse environment.
- Comfortable with stairs and heights.
- $18.88/hr.
- Hands‑on, active work environment.
- Work closely with Facilities leadership.
- Build experience in operations and maintenance.
- 21+ years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Maintenance, construction, or labor experience preferred.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic systems.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and adaptable.
