Responsibilities
- Scan and copy incoming materials related to claims processing.
- Enter data from paper documents into the database.
- Save and categorize scanned documents according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate tracking of document movement, including mailing and returns.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT (Moderate Risk Public Trust) facility credentials/authorization; U.S. citizenship is required for this credential.
- Ability to perform detailed work consistently, accurately, and under pressure.
- Must be able to read and follow instructions and understand task objectives within the litigation support effort.
- Take initiative to ask questions when instructions are unclear or appear to contradict task objectives.
- Typing/keyboarding skills with a preference for 40 words per minute or higher.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient user of government office and network environments, including word processing, database, spreadsheet, imaging, and telecommunications systems.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
The hourly rate for this position is $19.98 per hour. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
