You'll Get a Chance To
- Serve as a primary point of contact for staff and clients by assisting with incoming calls, centralized email requests, and information sharing between offices
- Coordinate and manage electronic paperwork, client onboarding, engagement letters, and other administrative processes
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office atmosphere for clients, visitors, and team members
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, courier services, and overnight deliveries
- Support tax-related processes, including electronic tax return filing, logging and tracking, assembling tax returns, and preparing financial statements
- Assist with firm mailings, including quarterly newsletters, annual mailings, and other client communications
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
- Resourceful, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a professional and timely manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional client service
- One year of related experience in a professional services environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Bachelor's degree preferred

The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related reasons. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the full-time position is $ per hour.
