Key Responsibilities
  • Records Management:
    Help prepare, arrange, and archive client files and Taxing Authority Notices; ensure all materials are uploaded to appropriate digital cases in line with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
  • Office Maintenance:
    Keep the reception and break room areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Collaboration:

    Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
  • General Support:
    Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as data entry, mail distribution, including sorting incoming mail, uploading urgent notices to digital case files, performing regular post office and bank runs, and ordering office supplies.
Required Qualifications
  • An Associate's degree is required. Relevant professional certifications will be strongly considered.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in executing a broad range of administrative functions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to rapidly master new software platforms and internal systems as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while managing complex tax documentation and sensitive client records.
  • Familiarity with tax relief or financial services is a plus, but not required.
