Location: Spokane Valley
Pinnacle Fertility in Spokane, WA is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure a welcoming patient journey. This full-time, onsite role supports reception, scheduling, and front-desk tasks within a multidisciplinary team.
You will greet patients, verify information, manage calls, schedule appointments, maintain records, assist billing, and travel between clinic locations as needed; typical hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional holidays and weekend shifts.
