Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Central Intake Coordinator to support our admissions process across multiple facilities in the West Coast Region. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, timely, and compliant intake experience for patients, families, referral sources, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all incoming referrals

  • Review referral documentation for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility

  • Coordinate admissions with facility teams, clinical staff, and referral sources

  • Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and required documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date intake records in internal systems

  • Communicate admission status clearly and professionally to all stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Support timely bed placement and admission decisions

  • Assist with intake reporting and process improvements

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in healthcare intake, admissions, referrals, or case management preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple referrals and deadlines simultaneously

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort working with electronic medical records and intake systems

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

  • Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
