Duties

If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for Administrative Division. Typical work assignments will include:

• Assisting the Contracting Officer Representative for construction, maintenance, service contracts and all minor repair projects.
• Responsible for maintaining and administering a variety of budget and financial management activities.
• Monitoring and tracking obligations and expenditures in addition to preparing travel itineraries.
• Assisting in formulation justification and execution of the office budget.
• Responsible for administrating routine contracting and procurement activities.
• Reviewing requisitions and formal advertising or negotiations.
• Coordinating a variety of facility maintenance and/or repair activities for offices work spaces.
• Promoting and coordinating effective records management programs with manages and employees by providing guidance and training.
• Provide support services in relation to space management, records, supplies and equipment, office security, internal controls, health and safety.
• Projecting and analyzing space needs based on proposed initiatives, staff changes and technology improvements.

Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
