Position Overview:We're looking for experienced and dependable Receptionists, Front Desk Associates and Office Administrators to serve as the welcoming face of our clients organization!
In these roles, you'll greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and keep day-to-day front desk operations running smoothly. You also might assist with scheduling, check-ins, filing, data entry, and general office communication.
The right candidate s will have prior front desk or receptionist experience, strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
