Service Writer

Peak Thermo King is seeking a full-time Service Writer to join our team in Spokane, Washington. The service writer will be responsible for processing work orders, data entry, and other basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally and obtain repair information
• Write and close work orders
• Provide accurate written cost estimates and invoices for labor and parts
• Monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Sales and customer service skills
• Strong written and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes loud environment.
• Mechanical and parts knowledge and experience sufficient to work with parts in inventory.
