** GM Certified Service Technician
** to join our growing service team. As a GM Certified Technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism

* What You’ll Do:

*** Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on GM vehicles in accordance with factory standards
* Utilize GM service information systems and diagnostic equipment
* Conduct multi-point inspections and clearly document findings
* Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members
* Maintain productivity and efficiency goals
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership procedures
*
* What We’re Looking For:

*** Current GM Certification (required)
* ASE /certifications preferred
* Prior dealership experience preferred
* Willing to grow and learn with this dealership and the Chevrolet brand
* Able to navigate technology with confidence (CDK and MyKaarma experience is a plus)
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
