Experienced Automotive Technician / Mechanic – Join Our Team at Wendle Motors:

Are you passionate about automobiles and seeking a solid work environment? Wendle Motors is looking for an Experienced Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic to join our team with at least 2 years of OEM Certification (see more about our FAST Program below).

• At least two years as a certified technician for any OEM is preferred
• Comprehensive vehicle knowledge
• Strong background in transmission diagnostics and repairs
• Strong expertise in drivability diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver's license and good driving record is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional work ethic and high integrity
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, push, and pull
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and assist in lifting up to 100 pounds
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Minimum age of 18 years

  The sky s the limit with Flat Rate pay. As you hone your skills and efficiency, watch your earnings soar!
• Top Technicians:
  Gross up to $130,000 annually; team averages exceed $80,000
• Additional:
  An extra $5.00 per hour for Warranty Work
• Work-Life Balance:
  Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with the flexibility of 4x10 shifts

• Diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership standards
• Perform general repair or replacement of parts and vehicle components based on required specifications outlined in service orders
• Document all services provided and communicate any additional recommended repairs to managers and service advisors
• Observe all safety regulations and ensure the service department is clean and safe for daily operations
• Assist master technicians and/or management with any other duties as necessary

Explore the Ford Accepted Service Training (FAST) Program, which recognizes your expertise and offers equivalency credits based on various training backgrounds. The FAST Automotive Program provides equivalency credits to Technicians based on:

• Training received from other OEMs
• ASE Professional Certification
• Military training
