Tire Technician - Spokane Division

Job Summary

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) – responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing / rebuilding and calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintaining equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform off‑site and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service and promoting store sales through the Best Tire Value Promise

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to work in a rapid‑pace environment
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking, and standing

• Rate: $14.85 – $24.50 hourly for full‑time positions after meeting eligibility criteria
