Position Overview

Entry Level Automotive Technician at Toyota Spokane performs vehicle maintenance as assigned, following dealer and factory standards. The role is focused on delivering high-quality service to build customer loyalty.

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repair work according to repair order instructions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in line with dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and keep customers informed.
• Document all work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes when applicable.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and repeat business.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience as an express/quick lube technician.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Ability to follow processes and work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts Associates, and other team members.

• Hourly wage starting at $19+ per hour, plus a bonus component.
