The Entry Level Automotive Technician at Toyota Spokane performs vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Auto Nation as a care‑giver for their vehicle safety and reliability.

The compensation range for this position starts at $19+ per hour and also includes a bonus component.

As an Auto Technician, you’ll perform vehicle repairs as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Your attention to detail makes you a valuable asset to the team as you ensure repairs are completed on time, and deliver top‑notch work to delight our customers.

In this role, you’ll interact daily with customers, service advisors, other technicians, parts associates, cashiers, sales associates and managers.

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with the parts department and service advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

• Performance is measured by achieving: targeted production, targeted sales, and the Targeted Customer Satisfaction Index.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
