The Role

We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Body Shop Parts Assistant/Porter to help keep our fast-paced collision center running smoothly. This hybrid role combines hands-on shop support with parts inventory responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working around vehicles, and contributing to a team effort. Every day brings something different, from vehicle preparation and shop organization to receiving and verifying parts that keep repairs moving forward.

  • Partner with technicians, estimators, and team members to support a smooth, efficient repair process.
  • Move vehicles safely between the shop, lot, vendors, and staging areas.
  • Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.
  • Communicate proactively with the team to ensure vehicles and parts are repair-ready.
  • Pitch in wherever needed to help the team exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results.
What We're Looking For

  • Detail-focused and committed to quality, safety, and customer service.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment.
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
  • Previous automotive, body shop, or parts experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly pay of $19.00-$20.00/hour
  • Opportunities for training, growth, and career development
  • Employee vehicle purchase and parts/service discounts
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid sick leave
  • Paid vacation time
