As an Experienced Auto Glass Technician , you'll serve on the front line of the Safelite customer experience, bringing advanced technical expertise and a strong sense of ownership to every job. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service.

You will leverage your deep industry knowledge, along with Safelite's cutting- edge tools, training, and technology, to perform complex repairs, replacements, and recalibrations-both in-shop and through our Mobile Glass Shop services.

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop in the most efficient manner, focusing on safety, quality and exceptional customer service. Clean customer vehicles after every job.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including trouble-shooting and completing diagnostic testing.
• Proficiently operate Safelite's tools and technologies, including:
  True Seal®, Ezi-Wire™, Glass Table System (GTS), chemicals (as required bv the "Safelite Way of Fitting", work order and customer administration systems, and Safelite's handheld Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles throughout the workday.
• Communicate with all scheduled customers in-person, via text, and on the phone; present, promote and sell Safelite promotional items and services to customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

• Competitive weekly pay, ranging from $25.25 - $33.50/hr.

• High School Diploma GED/Equivalent Preferred
• Valid state-issued driver's license any other license(s) (as required by federal, state and local laws) to operate a company vehicle. Required
