Service Technician Pay: $22-$38 flat rate

Hours:

7 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm Saturday, and closed Sunday. This position is located onsite in downtown Spokane WA and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager. Subaru of Spokane is growing, and we're looking for accomplished Automotive Technicians to join our award-winning team. • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Efficiently identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Complete repair orders accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Stay current on manufacturer training and emerging automotive technologies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to perform engine, suspension, brake, steering, and electrical repairs
• We prefer ASE certifications or Subaru specific training if no ASEs are complete.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards Flat rate pay range for this role is $22-$38 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
