Location: KAR Auto Service and Sales llc, Tolland CT
Job Type: Full-Time

We are a busy, well-established automotive repair shop committed to high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable B-Level Technician to join our team and help us continue delivering top-tier service.
Position Overview:
As a B-Level Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues. You should be comfortable handling most mechanical repairs independently, while continuing to grow your diagnostic skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on engines, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems
- Conduct routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.)
- Accurately document vehicle issues and repairs
- Work closely with service advisors and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety procedures and shop standards
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle most repairs with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license
- ASE certifications are a plus (not required)
- Own tools required
