Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office.

- Responsible for supporting IA Distribution objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and agency development by assisting in advanced analytic projects.
- Implements local market planning and analysis.
- Leverages agent and district information to make business decisions regarding areas of opportunity, segmentation of agents, planning, etc.
- Assists with creation of scorecards, agency development presentations to Sr. Leadership, and campaign management reporting.
- Assists with a multitude of diverse projects ranging from Planning, Agency and Segmentation to deriving actionable rules for trigger based marketing campaigns.
- Devises new and innovative applications for existing concepts.
- Creates develops and refines analytics within the organization.
- Compiles, analyzes and maintains reports and charts for IA Distribution.
- Analyzes and reports adverse trends to Distribution Management Coordinates with other teams members on IA Distribution projects.
- Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 10 lbs. maximum, and seeing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing.
- Attainment of, or actively pursuing MBA, CPCU or CLU.
- Two years of insurance experience highly preferred
- Python experience required
- SQL experience required
- Power BI experience required
- Farmers offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications and location.
Salary for this role will depend on what level experience the candidate has. Range will likely fall between $80,000 - $102,000, possibly more with highly experienced candidates. - Bonus Opportunity (based on Company and Individual Performance)
