Key Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to help implement business development plans and advance strategic priorities.
- Assist with pitch and proposal preparation by gathering relevant experience, drafting content, and coordinating internal approvals.
- Support the execution of business development and cross-practice initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and follow-up.
- Conduct market and competitive research, delivering insights that inform targeting and client outreach efforts.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, website updates, and tailored business development materials.
- Assist and coordinate event opportunities and support attorney participation aligned with practice goals.
- Track budgets and manage timelines to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with communications and other internal teams to align messaging and maximize visibility.

- This role offers a hybrid schedule after training, but requires flexibility to meet deadlines and the needs of the firm.
- Grounded experience. You bring five or more years of business development or marketing experience in a law firm environment.
- Commercially aware. You stay attuned to market trends and competitive dynamics within professional services environments.
- Collaborative. You build trusted relationships with attorneys and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Clear and credible. You convey ideas with confidence, polish, and careful attention to detail.
- Platform proficient. You’re confident working within Microsoft Office and marketing systems, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and accessible.
