• Develop and implement comprehensive pricing and data analytics strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Lead the pricing team and ensure efficient and accurate pricing processes.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to optimize profitability and sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., merchandising, marketing, operations) to ensure pricing decisions are aligned with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze pricing performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of pricing systems and tools.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in pricing.

• Pay range is $80,168.40 - $90,000 per year depending on experience
• Bonus eligible position $0 - $15,000 depending on performance

• Amazing earning potential; you’ll be paid bi-weekly.

• Candidates must be 18+ years or older
• Pre-employment background check

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing or a related field
• Minimum of at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
• Experience in the grocery industry is preferred
• A passion for pricing and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
