Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

The Senior Program Analyst will be responsible for working closely with existing team members and will be a motivated self-starter able to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to interface with the team, program leadership, and the customer.

• Prepare and review acquisition documentation
• Prepare and review financial documentation
• Review and coordinate contracting documentation and actions
• Prepare and present senior level briefings experience (POM brief, budgets)
• Provide action item tracking, meeting coordination, facilitation and attendance
• Assist in the development and reviews of Engineering Technical Work Packages
• Provide individual and organizational capability in Engineering to the customer as a service
• Maintain a digital archive of engineering documentation
• Proficient with MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a client‑facing customer service position
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in U.S. Navy programs or operations

• High level acquisition, contracting and briefing experience (e.g., POM brief, budgets)
• Advanced degree in a business or technical field
