Position Overview

Critical Control seeks a high-impact Account Executive with deep Executive General Adjuster (EGA) relationships to win and grow multi-million-dollar large-loss remediation and reconstruction projects nationwide. You will be our “face in the field,” converting EGA trust into revenue while championing our differentiated large-loss capabilities with senior-level decision makers across commercial property segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage an existing Executive/Senior Executive General Adjuster network to source large-loss opportunities (fire, water, CAT, complex claims).
  • Drive full-cycle sales: prospecting, appointment setting, in-person and virtual presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Represent Critical Control at trade shows, conferences, and community events; deliver compelling lunch-and-learn sessions for adjuster teams.
  • Maintain active visibility across East, West, and Midwest territories; anticipate travel ≈ 50 percent.
  • Continuously nurture relationships with multi-family, property-management, hospitality, and care-facility stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless project hand-offs and superior client experience.
  • Selling into multi-family, hospitality, long-term-care, or property-management verticals.
  • Attain membership and leadership roles in relevant industry associations (PLRB, RIMS, IFMA, BOMA, etc.).
  • Provide evidence of community involvement that elevates personal and company brand.

Required Qualifications

  • Verifiable “back-pocket” EGA network producing large-loss projects today.
  • 5+ years selling or adjusting in restoration, remediation, reconstruction, CAT or large-loss services.
  • Ability to present with clarity and executive polish, virtually and on-site.
  • Comfortable engaging clients across all US time zones.
  • Must pass comprehensive background check.
  • Relationship driven yet highly competitive and desires to win every time.
  • Resilient in long, complex sales cycles; demonstrates grit under pressure.
  • Consultative communicator who can articulate Critical Control’s edge in speed, technology, and quality.
  • Results orientation with disciplined pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
  • MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES
